LED Linear High Bay Lights
LED Linear High Bay Lights are energy efficient LED lights, they give off a strong, bright light that is pretty well suited for industrial and commercial spaces with high ceilings like warehouses, manufacturing plants, and even gymnasiums. They work great for those larger areas where you need solid illumination, not just a bit of glare, you know. The linear design makes it possible to provide coverage while ensuring that there are no shadows. Linear high bay lights are available in different power options, color temperature, and voltages; therefore, it is easier to choose the light based on the requirements of each facility. With linear high bay lights, facilities do not need to incur extra cost when it comes to maintenance due to their durability. They last for a long time compared to metal halides and fluorescent high bay lights; therefore, there will be less downtime and expenses incurred in the maintenance process. Linear high bay lights are good lighting solutions for existing and newly constructed facilities.

How to Choose the Right LED Linear High Bay Light
Wattage and lumen output: Determine the wattage based on your ceiling height and coverage needs. Low wattage (110W-225W) is suitable for ceiling heights of 15–20 ft, whereas medium wattage (300W-400W) is best for ceiling heights beyond 25 ft. Our adjustable wattage products will help adjust the lumens to your specific requirement based on ceiling height.
Color temperature (CCT): Fixtures with a single CCT are the preferred option for warehouses and other industrial environments where consistent bright white light is required for visibility. If your facility doubles as a showroom, tunable CCT products can offer greater flexibility.
Input voltage: Most linear high bays run on standard 120–277V/AC, which covers the majority of commercial and industrial buildings. Facilities on higher-voltage electrical systems should look for 277–480V-rated fixtures to avoid needing a separate step-down transformer.
Dimming and sensors: 0-10V dimmable kind usually works well with a lighting control system, for energy saving when it’s low-occupancy hours, and motion sensor equipped fixtures seem like a solid match for c-stores, back-of-house warehouse aisles, and other areas that get visited only sometimes.
Certifications: if you can, look for UL-listed plus DLC-listed fixtures, since both suggest the product lines up with recognized safety and efficiency standards, and the DLC listing is often needed to qualify for utility rebate programs.
Frequently Asked Questions About LED Linear High Bay Lights
Frequently Asked Questions About Led Linear High Bay Lights
What's the difference between linear high bay and UFO high bay lights? +
Linear high bays use an elongated bar-shaped design that spreads light evenly across long aisles and rows, making them well suited to warehouses with racking. UFO high bays are round and tend to work better for open floor areas like gyms or general facility lighting.
How much linear high bay do I require in my warehouse? +
This is dependent on the height of the ceiling and spacing of fixtures. A rule of thumb is that an 110W–225W fixture is suitable for ceilings up to approximately 20 ft and a 300W fixture or greater fixture is suitable for ceilings 25 ft and over or wider spaced installations. If you’re not sure, our adjustable-wattage models will let you make the adjustments.
Do linear high bay lights have dimmer controls? +
This selection of models pairs well with lighting control systems, as they are compatible with 0-10V dimming. Refer to individual product specifications as not all wattages and CCTs come with dimming.
In what way is single CCT different from tunable CCT models? +
Single-CCT fixtures have a single color temperature (typically 5000K daylight) which are suitable for standard warehouse and industrial applications. In spaces that require multiple lighting applications, Tunable-CCT models allow you to change the colour temperature onsite.
Are the lights UL and DLC listed LED linear high bay lights? +
Yes, the products in this collection are UL listed for safety compliance and many of them also have a DLC listing, which allows you to qualify your project for utility rebate programs. Please visit the selected product pages for more information on certifications.
